That moment wasn’t just about us. It was about the people of this city—YOU. Over five weeks, our community helped shape and vote for a hot dog that truly represents St. Louis. The result? A smoked all-beef dog loaded with grilled onions and peppers, banana peppers, provolone cheese, bacon, and smoky pepper mustard—a flavor-packed tribute to everything we love about STL.
