Our team put in the work (and taste tests... so many taste tests) to bring you bold, creative, over-the-top new items that bring serious flavor and serious fun. From loaded dogs to wild burgers and crispy sides, every bite was dreamed up with heart, hustle, and a whole lotta love for the Steve’s community.

NEW HOT DOGS
B.B.L.T.D (Bacon Bacon Lettuce Tomato Dog)
A BLT walked into a hot dog joint and left bacon-wrapped. This one’s stacked with crispy bacon strips, chopped bacon, tomato, and mayo. It’s like summer in a bun—but with double bacon.
Jalapeño Popper Dog
This is what happens when a jalapeño popper and a hot dog fall in love. Jalapeño cream cheese, crispy jalapeños, a bacon strip, honey chipotle BBQ, and ranch. Sweet. Spicy. Slightly unhinged.
Good Charlotte Dog
The people have spoken, and this dog is your champ. Beef chili, creamy slaw, diced onions, and smoked pepper mustard. Think Carolina-style—but with a punk rock edge.
The Geddy Lee (Poutine Dog)
A full meal and a power ballad. We top our smoked dog with Buffalo fries, fried cheese curds, brown gravy, and crumbled bacon. It’s messy. It’s meaty. It’s magic.
Jimmie’s Chicken Snack
Grilled spicy chicken sausage piled high with grilled peppers, onions, tomato slices, smoked pepper mustard, and honey chipotle BBQ. If a tailgate and a block party had a baby, this would be it.
Weird Al’s Polka Party
A tribute to the king of weird. This grilled Polish sausage is topped with sauerkraut, brown mustard, celery salt, and Hungarian paprika. It’s weird, it’s wonderful, it’s giving oom-pah-pah with a kick in the pants.

Rockstar Poutine Fries
Crinkle-cut fries loaded with garlic fried cheese curds, brown gravy, crumbled bacon, and finished with fried garlic. Over the top in the best way.
Whiskey Onion Rings
Thick, golden, boozy and bold. These aren’t your grandma’s onion rings (unless your grandma’s kinda wild).

The Shroomin’ Swiss
Swiss cheese, sautéed mushrooms, garlic cream cheese, grilled onions, brown gravy, fried onions. It’s giving savory waterfall. Bring napkins.
Cowboy Mouth
A burger with serious main-character energy. Whiskey onion ring, smoked gouda, bacon, candied jalapeños, golden mustard sauce, and ranch. Yeehaw meets hell yeah.
VEGAN BUT STILL VERY DELICIOUS
The Murphy Lee
This one’s plant-based and proud. Beyond brat, sautéed mushrooms and spinach, tomato, garlic aioli, and fried onions on a pretzel bun. Even meat lovers are eyeing it.
