Steve’s Hot Dogs Launches New Smashburger Menu
We may be the home of the official St. Louis hot dog, but last week, but we love a good burger too! Last week, we rolled out a killer lineup of Smashburgers - and we are shouting it from the rooftops, because these babies are next level. Since their launch, they’ve been a top seller - and there’s no wonder why - the burgers are served on a soft Companion Bakery potato bun and a double patty with a tri blend including chuck, brisket and sirloin. They are juicy, flavorful and delicious.
The lineup includes five specialty burgers and a build-your-own option, which options such as:
Figgy Stardust: A double smashburger topped with fig jam, bacon, goat cheese, balsamic glaze and white cheddar cheese.
They Call Me Big Popper: Their take on a deconstructed jalapeno popper - a double smashburger topped with jalapeno cream cheese, fried onions, Honey Chipotle BBQ sauce and ranch dressing.
Sweet Meat: A double smashburger topped with Provolone and Civil Life Brown Bacon Jam and grilled onions.
Hey Now, You’re An All Star (formerly “the Axel Foley”) is your classic smash with a double smashburger patty, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, raw onions, ketchup, mayo and mustard.
Mac My Day (formerly the “Mr. Robinson”) is a double smashburger topped with their award-winning cream macaroni and cheese, fried onions, bacon and barbecue sauce.
The new lineup launched at our South Grand location - and can be expected to be served at their new Delmar location, opening in late June in the Delmar Maker’s District.
