Now Hiring: Catering Delivery Driver

Steve’s Hot Dogs caters parties, office lunches and even weddings across St. Louis. We are looking for an individual to serve as our St. Louis Catering Delivery Driver. This role is ideal for retirees and gig workers who may currently do deliveries for Instacart, UberEats and DoorDash - as deliveries may be scheduled at any time, and customer service is of the utmost importance.

Qualifications:

• General availability every day between 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, some deliveries will fall outside this timeframe but most deliveries are during this time. *Do not have to be available every day of the week; just the majority of the time

• Friendly, customer service oriented, detail oriented, reliable, responsive, safe driving record.

• Valid MO or IL Driver’s License

•  Valid Car Insurance

• Passing Score on MO driver practice test- link to be provided to driver

• Clean & reliable vehicle

•  Able to lift 30 lbs.

Job tasks:

• Deliver and set up catering orders according to Steve’s Hot Dogs standards and procedures.

• Act as a catering attendant to replenish food at catering events as needed when clients request catering attendant services.

• Deliver and set up orders on time in the greater STL area (typical deliveries are within 25 miles away from restaurant, occasional deliveries will be outside of this range)

•  Consistently provide “5-star” customer service to all catering clients. Have positive and friendly interactions with clients making their catering experience the best possible.

Earn between $21- $55 per order for delivery & set up. Payout amount per delivery depends on delivery fee ($20-$30) plus predetermined mileage. Potential to earn $500+ per month with catering deliveries alone.

*Potential to earn additional $100+ on some deliveries that require catering attendant services in which you are the scheduled catering attendant.
