When it comes to St. Patrick’s Day, there’s no better way to celebrate in St. Louis than with great food, great fun, and a lot of green. This year, Steve’s Hot Dogs is taking the festivities up a notch with the debut of the Thin Glizzy!
This delicious creation starts with our signature smoked all-beef hot dog as the base. From there, we pile on the flavors of Ireland-inspired favorites: tangy sauerkraut, house-made corned beef, creamy 1,000 Island dressing, and crispy matchstick potatoes. It’s hearty, flavorful, and everything you need to feel a little extra lucky this St. Patrick’s Day.

Of course, St. Patrick’s Day wouldn’t be complete without the Dogtown St. Patrick’s Day Festival, Sunday, March 17, from 10 AM to 6 PM. It’s a St. Louis tradition that brings together tens of thousands of people every year to celebrate Irish heritage with music, dancing, a parade, and more. This year, we’re thrilled to once again be part of the action!
