Wiener War 2: March Dogness - A Hometown Showdown at Steve’s Hot Dogs
At Steve’s Hot Dogs, we’re bringing back the flavor-packed showdown you’ve been waiting for: Wiener War 2: March Dogness! This fan-favorite competition takes four city-inspired hot dogs and pits them head-to-head in a bracket challenge to decide which one will claim victory and earn a permanent spot on our menu.
Starting Tuesday, March 18, and running through Sunday, April 6, it’s up to YOU to taste, vote, and crown the champion.

Meet the Competitors
Each of these dogs is inspired by iconic flavors from around the country. Here’s who’s in the running:
Seattle Dog: Cream cheese, grilled onions, Seattle slaw, yellow mustard, and sriracha. This dog delivers the bold, tangy kick Seattle is famous for.
New York Dog: NY onion sauce, kraut, and brown mustard. A classic that’s as timeless as the Big Apple itself.
Denver Dog: Hatch green chili sauce, sour cream, red onion, and fresh jalapeño. This one’s bringing the heat and the Mile High City vibes.
Charlotte Dog: Chili, creamy slaw, diced onions, and smoked pepper mustard. A Southern-style comfort classic you’ll want to savor.
How It Works
The competition unfolds over three weeks, with two dogs competing each week:
Week 1 (March 18 - March 23): Seattle vs. Denver
Week 2 (March 24 - March 30): New York vs. Charlotte
Week 3 (March 31 - April 6): Final showdown to crown the champion
Each week, you’ll have the chance to try the featured dogs for a special price. Then, cast your vote in-store or online to help decide who moves on to the next round. The ultimate winner will be announced on Monday, April 7 and added to our menu full-time!
